Tracert info for Emarr? - Erollisi Marr

Can anyone refresh my memory on the www address to use for a tracert for Emarr?

A guildie is having issues with serious lag, and I can't remember the address to try to use a trace to find out what hops he might be having issues at.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
