tech help - Erollisi Marr

Last time I was able to play was the day before the patch since the patch I can load my char and then get a black screen with green lines up top. I can play my golf game Links. I have loaded and reloaded EQ, drivers, etc. I am looking for suggestion or further test I can run it been 8 days. IU also emailed GM and tech with no response as of yet.
