Can't stay logged in to any site

Ahh well. Thanks for any help, in advance.

Edit:
Just a note, definitely user error on my part could use help anyways, though. Everything's always user error ><

If you cannot log into any site maybe your cookies are turned off? Tools > Internet Options... > Security > Custom level and you can turn cookies on there somewhere. In Internet Explorer 6 it can be found in Tools > Internet Options... > Privacy > Advanced. I got cookies set on disabled and add sites with the Edit button there manually. Works perfect for me, but you can just set it to enable/accept too if you don't wanna go through the hassle of adding all the sites that you log into to the list.

If this isn't the case, what errors are you getting that doesn't allow you to stay logged into a website?

Try this....start>settings>control panel>internet options...click the settings button....click view files....ctrl A......shift delete....yes you wish to delete the selected cookies.

You may have a bad cookie stored in your memory or even a corrupted cookies/temp internet folder. Or just a full one.

I had a similar problem recently when I bought a new motherboard. It seems when I checked the time/date I got everything right except for the year, which was set to 2120 or some such year way off in the future.
Cookies seem to have trouble when they don't know what year it is. Ezboard, even Windows Update site would not let me log in and kept telling me to allow cookies. I checked over and over, and set security to the lowest settings, but nothing worked until I noticed that the date was set wrong. No trouble since.

Default System blunders

It seems, among the other issues, that my year was set to 2004

I still can't figure out what my issue with magelo was, it might have been serverside since the server's down (at least for me) right now.

On another note, trying to figure out how to get my monitor to set to a larger resolution and it just won't go... Tried drivers and I was told it might be a motherboard/graphics card limitation, I don't know.
