Anyone who might know me , quick! Hide your Daughters! Thor is BACK!

No seriously, I have been away for 5+ months and need some pointers.

What kind of AC should a Warrior have at 57 these days? What is a good weapon combination? What kind of hitpoints, str, is now expected and needed nowadays...?

I need to get 'back to par' (well I was probably below par for some time, but it would be nice to know what to expect??)

Any help would be appreciated so that I know what to shoot for without having to do months of research once again.
