Is there any way to get more fonts for Signatures and stuff? Thanks for any help.

No. These fonts would have to be installed on each client in order to have them displayed correctly and even now, without looking at the list that vbulletin lets you use, I'm sure there are plenty of fonts which some systems (mostly depends on OS) won't display correctly since they are not installed on these computers. The user's system/browser will pick an alternative font, one which is available, and in the end it won't look the same as it did when you made your signature for this user.
