Lallek, is the war over yet?

And I can give all the examples I want.

Like you calling the shots on how the war went is like someone saying "hey did you see those Raiders last night? I stopped watching at half time but man they lost badly" when infact the Raiders came back and won during the second half. Im not saying anything will change and all of the sudden WMDs show up and all the Muslims convert to democracy. Im just saying you are speaking a bit early because the war is still going on.

Bush said something like "the main war is over"

but if you think "the job must be done" ..np.. its ok with me.
good thing Germany didnt show up in the useless war.. so i dont have to fear dead army-friends for nothing.

i am still concernd about my 2 brothers-in-law one is at the airforce .. the other at the army.

Caelie I give Clinton and his actions no thought at all. He isnt in power.
He doesnt matter. I certainly wont hold the actions of one man, hostage to those of another. If I WERE going to do that, I would point out that Bush,
belongs to the same party as Nixon.

You want to chase after Clinton, you do that, on your own time please.

Things that happened yesterday always affect what happens today and tomorrow. Say there's this bug under my shoe and it's destined to mutate into a super huge bug monster capable of taking out the whole city like Godzilla! But I could always squish it because bugs make me sick. No more chance of a huge mutated bug!

Normally that is the case. I don't blame Reagan for Carter's failures as a president. However, Bush wholeheartedly scrapped Clinton's policies and has reaped the results of this.
He categorically changed our foreign policy continuum. In regards to Iraq, this continuum had pretty much started in Reagan and Bush scrapped it. He categorically scrapped our foreign relations.
If this presidency was a continuation of Clinton's policies, then I could give that statement credit, but it isn't. He threw what Clinton, Reagan, Carter, JFK, Bush Sr. and all the other cast of characters had done out the window and forged his own course.
To put it in better words.
If it ain't broken, don't fix it. If you broke it you bought it.
