Thanks Nuldar.

So far the thread is pretty much what I expected it to be. Now I'm just curious as to what the 20-24, 25-29 bracket would've been. I'm really trying to make a correlation between maturity of posters and the average age level of the posters on this forum.

You see, lately there are so many posts written with such immaturity lately, that I'd been starting to question whether or not it was becuase of the person's age.

I remember I made a post on another forum giving help on Dain Frostweaver, and I was blasted from some guy for no good reason at all. I remember being so upset that I wrote a heated response. It wasn't until later that I found out that I was arguing with a 16 year old kid. It made me feel like the fool for getting so upset.

This poll helps me to clarify who my peers are on this board.

Thanks again.

Nevermind Rae. We all know you're really a 5 year old child, trapped in the body of a 60 year old lesbian dorf.

With the mean age being in the late 20's where does all the d00dism and l33t speak coem from? Or will the business world fall into phrases like "yer fired!" or "gimmah da report joo noob!"? I could have sworn that the average age was closer to 14.

Wow, thanks for the insight on how we should be running our lives, Lurkerr. From what I've read, you certainly seem to be living the life I should model myself after..../sarcasm off

I will be 43 Saturday, am raising three children by myself, and my oldest son plays EQ, it is one of the things that we do together. Yes, there is lots of balance between a 40 hour work week, running a household (yes, I do laundry, clean toilets, cook dinner, etc...), but then again, if I were married, I probably wouldn't be able to play EQ unless she did too!!!

Maturity is a state of mind. Has little to do with age.

I would have thought my age group (10-19) would have been the highest, but it's the 20-29. Gasp... old people but not quite old people...

According to some poll I read in a gaming magazine, most computer gamers are male and aged 26-29. Sort of dispels the idea that only kids play them.

And the girls are catching up too.

I read that about 60% (might have even been more, something around that range) of the Sims Online players are female.
