Default Hey Disney!

If you don't want this, then pay your Park Employee's enough to buy the average house in Anaheim, CA. Average cost is around $500,000.00 for a 1200 square foot, 3 bedroom home! Let's see, if you make $9.00 an hour, how many people will it take to buy a home of $500,000.00?

8. Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. But then they could afford better since she's the dealer(hence the name) and they are her runners.

Disney built a town in the suburbs of Orlando called Celebration, specifically for its employees. They have dedicated company owned bus circuits, schools, and emergency services. The last time I looked at it was about a year ago, but the cost of living there was 10-15% less than other areas in Orlando.
It looks like Disney is just trying to keep the projects from moving in next door. What would Walt say?

I'm sorry but living in a town called Celebration whose only population consists of other Disney employees would scare the absolute shit out of me.

It makes me think of Resident Evil. I don't know why.

May be if they called it Mouse City. It'd be even creepier if Mickey were a Racoon.

Yeah, imagine a giant racoon wearing white gloves who's always washing his food in water before eating it. Creepy.

Or running around the park knocking over garbage cans.

Employee housing from things like this can be pretty sweet. Guy i know who works for an airline can get an appartment that comes furnished +HDTV for about 250/month. Sure, its tiny as fuck, but its cheap as fuck too, and pretty darn nice for the price.

The bonus is that he doesn't pay for electricity since he uses his Tesla super powers.
