Hail,

What's your next regular AA goal? If it isn't something you feel is important, I'd work leadership AA's when you can at the same time. Health of Target's Target would probably be something you would enjoy having.

Take care,

If you lead raids alot, then work the leadership AAs..some of them arent too shabby; but if not. Worry about your regular AA first..

The difference in AA exp earned with the leader AA stuff turned on is not really noticable to me. I have many group leader AA, and my AA earning has not really suffered. However, if you are interested in working on them, make sure the group knows it up front. Its very hard to get group leader when other people in the group have tons of leader AA already because they want to take advantage of the stuff they have, and rightfully so. Its nice to have the extra mana, attack, hp, etc.

Keep in mind that leadership AA is not a direct coversion of 20% reg/AA XP. It's merely a reduction in your reg/AA XP while it's turned on. You get a set amount of leadership XP for each mob killed. Given that. It's "best" to turn on leadership AA during raids (where XP/AA comes very slowly) and leave it off while grinding out reg XP/AA.
