Lol, yup Kogur, I got my RZ flag after a half a year of waiting... ever... so... patiently... gah!

Now if only I'd get invited to elemental plane groups and raids!

She's still trying to call, by the way. Called like 20+ times in one day trying to get ahold of me. I guess someone deleted all of her messages, because I didn't see any when I came up to check that night. Then I looked at my email and there was one that said "I'm stuck at my dad's house! I need someone to drive me back to my apartment! I'm calling everyone I know just to find a ride, please help me!"

This is the second time she's tried calling me for that reason. I'm not a friggin taxi driver, and I told her that long ago!

Drama Queen central.

Just change your phone # and she won't call you again. Even better file a restraining order against her. Actually, do both.

You know, whenever I hear the term "drama queen" I think of this song by A Perfect Circle (very, VERY kickass band).

Got their new CD when it came out back in September. Very impressed. Haven't had a chance to see em live yet, but I did go see Powerman5000 in... September was it? Seems longer ago than that...

APC must come to Cleveland soon!

Saw APC here in Nashville last Nov. Great show, completley horrible opening band. They finished with Master of Puppets which was great. Maynard James Keenan is the man.

I'm glad that the Emarr boards were so open and helpful with advice and thoughts on dating and stuff.

I was visiting an old game making community, which consists of mainly people under 18, and some guy posted something asking for tips on women. I didn't catch what the post all said, as I was skimming through it, but it said something like "If possible could you guys give kissing tips and good dating stories?" He was instantly bitten down within a couple days, bolting the thread over 30 posts. Those posts consisted of other posters making fun of the guy, and what it all came down to was "Don't post anything about women or having dating experiences here, because there's a lot of lonely and depressed guys who don't step outside and have a social life, and it only makes them mad."

You want to build self confidence... go out on Karaoke night at a local bar, dont drink anything, and then sign up for some songs. Don't be afraid of what people will think of your singing (it's Karaoke, it's supposed to be bad), but it's a tremendous confidence booster for just 2-3 minutes of singing.

Hey ladies! Maelwynn is looking for Ms. Right! Hes a gullible, compusive video game player that has money to burn! Every woman would be lucky to land this catch! Hes even gullible enough to spend $300 bucks on online dateing services! Just think what you could get by showing a little skin!

Good luck ladies! Better act fast before this gold mine is gone!

I can't quite recall how much it was, but I think the most I spent on Yahoo was $40 total, because you had to pay and subscribe for however long just to email someone. I'm just glad I didn't pay the $120 for a full year's subscription. I kind of just subscribed for a month to email someone and let it run out. So I only needed to do that twice.

But...

The girl was more than crazy. She was stupid crazy! Denied that she was crazy! She'd call me up and ask if I had recieved the email that she sent me five minutes ago. She'd beg me to come out regardless of how the weather was, be it ice cold slippery and snowy outside or just pitch black dark and stormy, and her justification was that she was lonely and needed someone to give her company. At one time she also broke down into tears crying that I wouldn't add her into my story as the lead female character who falls in love with the main character in the end. I told her that even though she's right that I could just replace all of one name with her name, I just didn't think it would be right and I had no plans for it in the future. So she told me she hated my story. /applaud

In the end I found myself frequently calling her out for what she was - a really big, stupid idiot who thought that she was to be the center of my universe.

At any rate, moving on!

heh...tumy, did you miss the part where i said i learned my lesson?

at the time i did all this i had some money to burn, and to my way of thinking, you have to be in it to win it. i had never tried these "services" before, and i had no idea what to expect. nor did i actually realise howmuch i had spent untill my statement came in. oh, and i'm talking australian dollars as well...figure the exchange rate at the time was about 60 us cents per dollar...so it wasnt as much as you are thinking.

regardless, this will be the last time i bother posting anything personal if that is the kind of response people are going to give.
