I am a fan, but the teams I like are:

San Jose State
Stanford
Fresno State
Cal

How much fun do you think I've had rooting for these teams lately?

Fresno State and Cal should be good. I can't wait to watch the FS/USC game. That could be a game USC takes for granted and loses to a good FS team. I plan on going to see OU/UCLA game since I live in San Diego, it's just right up the street.

I don't know how you'd expect them to play any ball with all that sodomy going on.

Texas will beat Oklahoma this year and the press will attribute it to OU having an off year. Then, the Longhorns will lose to A & M to fall out of the Big 12 championship game and lose their bowl game to finish out of the top 10. Vince Young will rush for 1200 yards but will be an ineffective passer.

FYI, I am a HUGE Texas fan who is tired of us falling short of expectations year after year. At least we have baseball.

I have great respect for Aussie rules ball. I've been to Australia twice. It's not just the toughness that I love about the game though. It's the strategy! Plus, the QB is one of the hardest(if not THE hardest) position to play on a team sport.

Just being a dumbass Aussie (and for those who don't know, it's pronounced 'ozzy', not 'ossy'..petty I know ), could ya fill me in on what other sports there have a quarter-back? And as much as I enjoy watching Gridiron, I don't know that I'd class as 'tough' a sport that has one side for offence, and another for defence. Not too mention the amount of safety gear those poor guys have to wear.

...Damn I love my footy!

I think that you can label a sport "tough" if people can get disabled or die from participating in said sport.
