Default My apologies for Behemoth

I figure this will probably get moved here anyway so I'd just like to say a few things before anyone else does.

I ran a pickup raid tonight for Behemoth/PoTactics Flag under the assumption that the planar projection gave limitless flags as long as they were in raid group(some do). Anyway, after I had ammased around 85 people in a raid channel and around 50 more in the zone NOT in raid channel, I recieved confirmatin of a 72 flag limit.

At that point, I decided to do my best to ensure the raids success, so I selected people based on neccessary classes and then had them fill in groups after we got that done. Due to the 72 flags, I told everyone that would be all the flags given but they were more than welcome to come if they wanted in on loot ...of course not many outside the flagging group wanted to come and a bunch of the got down right pissed off at me. I understand that some people get pissed about things like that, I may have been miffed myself.

Please rest assure that I was not picking and choosing favorites for that raid, some of my own guildies weren't in the flagging party because they weren't what I needed or who got filled in after I got what I needed. So please everyone accept my umblest apology for having to turn people away for flagging, VI deemed only so many per kill. =(

As for the kill itself, I screwed up on one fatal flaw and the reason we failed. In the spider groups I have several(8 or 9) hard core dps people...I shuld have had them leave the spider groups as soon as MB was spawnable but I didnt. Also, a WS ranger might have been a good way to start the fight(/hug GOren)

All in all, sorry to those who didn't get to come and sorry to those who failed with me. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Axyl Goren Zalazar Sloric and Faeinu who made that whole experience MUUUUCH easier.

Good night E-Marr.

It was a helluva try KOgur and you did a damn fine job considering the circumstances. Hope to see you lead some more soon as I'm sure others do as well. It was an unforseeable complication as far as flaggings went. But we'll get him next time

Its all good Kogur, you did well bro. Sucks that only 72 could have been given out, but you came up with a working compromise.

Yes, the bastage will die next time.

Your still a Phatty! Feeds him some cookies.

-hugs- It was still a very good attempt Kogur.

Have another idea you might try next time as well to cover the AE. It didn't occur to me at the time, but after considering it might help cover it a bit more.

Nice try Kogur , ya did a fine job bro. Btw Kogur already has this flag he ran this pick up because MB was up and needed to die, and mabey we could get 72 people into a new plane. Please take this into consiteration before u start slingin shit his way. He ran it in an act of kindness and his intentions were pure. Thank you to all that came we'll smoke him next time.

Default great job

Kogur did an awesome job considering that herding 72 people plus like that is a feat in and of itself. As for getting everyone in the raid he did the best he could, an admirable job IMO.

He will die next time for sure.

Thank you Kogur

Makes perfect sense. He was apologizing in advance if anyone got upset for not getting a flag.

had the same problems a while back with a pick up on poi dragon. People should know now that with recent patch theres a 72 people limit to prevent those 200 people zergfests which some of the other servers were running. You did what you had to do and what was the right thing to do, so nothing to apologise about IMO.

No, I had 72 because of the limit...I had to tell like 50 people they couldn't come.
