So I remake my ranger. Fix his stats, think up a new name, create him. Then I delete him. I think "what the heck, might as well try". I type in Gilgamel..... it works! Apparently new Gilg either deleted*sob* or moved servers. So I'm back as Gilgamel. Level 11 atm. Will be a warder again soon. Glad I thought to try it, I really thought there was no possibility of it working. Thanks to all the people who helped me with the SK and now back to being Gilg instead of /shudder Lemaglig. Now..... does anyone still do Sky? Looking over redoing my epic(yay, hours of foraging) and I wonder who still does Sky? Venril Sathir? CoM for pete's sake? Anyone know?

PS: One change from original Gilg, I worship that biatch Tunare now so I can wear helm of the tracker. Sorry Karana, items talk :P

Or the new owner had his name changed. That also opens up the previous name to be selected again.

VSR, CoM and Jaele being single group encounters now are pretty easy to organize for. Sky is a bit harder but not impossible. Emerald from Hate is still, and prolly always will be, a pain.

well i know if your char was transfered to another server it wont let you use that name anymore i tryed it doesnt work.

so he either deleted.

maybe a name change dont knwo if that open it thou.

It DOES work. It can just take quite a bit of time passing before the name is available again.
