Thumbs down Bias in the judicial system? Fair?

Selective targeting?,
A Palm Beach County Judge -- who operated in the same jurisdiction that is currently hearing the Rush Limbaugh pill case -- was hooked on OxyContin and forced from the bench, but was never fully investigated if he obtained the pills legally, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

Amaizing isn't it? Isn't it wonderfull how efficient the liberal bench works?

Within the last 18 months, Palm Beach County Judge Robert Schwartz was "involuntarily retired" and removed after he checked himself into a treatment center for dependency of the painkiller OxyContin -- the same drug at the center of the Limbaugh probe.
What was he thinking? Was he a drug dealer like Rush is accused of being?

News of the Palm Beach judge's ordeal appears to give credence to Limbaugh's claim
that he is being selectively targeted.
Go read the rest.

If anybody thinks that the media isn't biased against rebuplicans
you should pull your collective heads from your butts.

And the Bench? This is pure bullshit and I would love to see Rush
sue the hell out of them. If only for $1 to make a point..

What on earth does this have to do with liberal media?

That the judge isn't being prosecuted and as fervently investigated is the only difference I see in the two cases. Which could be explained in a few ways.

Do they have reason to suspect he got the pills illegaly? If not then there's no reason to press charges.

If there is reason to suspect he got pills illegaly then yes he should be prosecuted just like Rush.

I see no liberal media or conservative media bias at all here, just two cases being handled different - and there isn't enough information in that article to decide if differing treatment is inappropriate.

All-in-all that article is far too vague.

The media jumped all over Rush, including the leaks by the prosecutor
about the case. Did you see this case on CNN? ABC? CBS? or any other?
No you didn't. Why? because it's not Rush and he is a Lib. One of theirs.
And no, the sky isn't falling.

That the judge isn't being prosecuted and as fervently investigated is the only difference I see in the two cases. Which could be explained in a few ways.
They went after Rush's medical records on a blind search hoping to turn
up evidence without any indication that Rush was guilty of any crime.
A fishing expedition only because he entered a rehab.

Do they have reason to suspect he got the pills illegaly? If not then there's no reason to press charges.
Then how did he get them? They should investigate this judge in the
same manor they went after Rush. Fair is fair.

Got ya. You have no clue about this contraversy. Rush was not Prosecuted.

Great. You have no idea about the history of this story.

I see no liberal media or conservative media bias at all here, just two cases being handled different - and there isn't enough information in that article to decide if differing treatment is inappropriate.
If you don't see the bias then why bother arguing a point that
you refuse to see?

All-in-all that article is far too vague.
The whole story is out there. And had you followed it, then you wouldn't
think is was vague. It's just another peice of the whole picture.

That's easy. Drunk board troll reads the on-line tabloid rag "The Drudge Report" about an alleged addict judge who is picking on the troll's favorite c0n. So the drunken troll adds 0+0 together and comes up with a steaming pile of shit to post in Steam Vent.

Luri,
You call me a troll and highjack a thread with insults?
Incredible. Maybe you should learn what a troll is.

What are you Vireil? A virtual 'Gypsy matchmaker'? Tell you what pal, if you want to match up mates on line, start with yourself.
