Default Puff, the magic democrat???

I was bored so i went around looking for dirt on Kerry off the net. I found this.

http://www.hempevolution.org/images/...rry_toking.jpg
Kerry aides were shaking their heads after a Yarrow-inspired scene turned out a little weird. At a house party thrown by Story County Democrats, Yarrow summoned Kerry to the living room where he had just started playing "Puff the Magic Dragon." At one point, as Yarrow sang the word "puff," Kerry quickly gestured as if he was smoking pot.

On Monday, Yarrow had another tense conversation with a Kerry aide at an Ottumwa event as time constraints prevented Yarrow's closing number. "I feel like I need to sing again," Yarrow told the aide. Then, when Kerry was stopped on the way out to sign autographs and shake hands, Yarrow complained, "Why aren't we leaving? I could be playing." Eventually, Yarrow said to the aide, almost apologizing, in a style that seemed a throwback to his '60s peacenik days, "Im Peter. And I love you."

Wonder what else old hippie john "the fighter" is up to :b

ps
Yes i am very well aware that site is for pot enthusiasts, there are quite a few reputable sources reporting the same incident but i figured the pot site added some humor to the whole thing

Well, I remember the story going that Kerry's good friend was tuning his guitar and was talking about Bush and then he nonchalantly asked Kerry how big of a dick did he think the First Lady had and Kerry gestured and responded "It is this big, and far larger than the President's".

Kerry made a pot smoking gesture and now he's automatically a pot-head?

That's a new stretch.

This really doesn't prove a thing..

He isn't holding a joint in that picture.

As far as I can tell from that picture he was just making the hand movements of struming a guitar.

At anyrate I have to agree with Hormadrune.

Cerulean, I believe Kerry answered in the affirmative when asked during the MTV debate whether he had smoked marijuana.

Story

During the 90-minute debate, the candidates were asked about everything from smoking pot to which rival they would most like to party with. Kerry, Edwards and Dean said they had smoked; Carol Moseley Braun was the only Democrat who refused to answer. Kucinich said he has not smoked pot but thinks it should be decriminalized.
