Perhaps McQuaid died and his site went down while he went on one of his beloved corpse retrievals.

I believe calling them Sigil 'Games' would be false advertisement and misrepresentation.

yeah i'm late and wrong but what the hell. Looking at the website all they have is a "Plan". I mean no set in stone what we are going to do to kickass. Only we have an assload of people and money and we are going to kick everyones ass someday.

Sure next generation sounds good, but too many chiefs and not enough indians.

Minimum time frame I think would be at least 5 years, if not longer, depends on how long they can get paid without producing anything.

Is the next generation of MMROPG gonna go over like Daoc, AO, SWG, shadowbane, (Wow who knows blizzard games keep my interested for about 20 minutes then i get bored of the stupid cartoons).

So, everyone that is touting this group as the geniuses they think they are I say.

What have you done for me lately?

It'll be less than 5 years, Nuzum. Brad didn't actually come out and say it but he hinted that their game was in a phase of alpha and thata beta was coming in late Q1 or early Q2 of 04.

I predict a Christmas release in 2005.

It may not come as soon as I predict/hope but it will NOT be 5 years. 5 years is a fucking long time.. think about it. I bet $100 paypal that in 5 years from this exact date Sigil's game will be RELEASED and ON THE MARKET.

hey lurkerr, let me ask you this, how long has WoW been in Beta, how long was Shadowbane in beta, yep 5 years from now it should be out, but i doubt it and if it does come out it'll be over budget, over hyped piece of crap.

I have been disenchanted by all the games coming out saying they are going ot kick ass and then flop.

A long ass time but I didn't know Sigil was another name for Wolfpack/Ubisoft.

Wow isn't even in beta yet. They postponed it because they wanted to get everything right first.

I hate to break it too you but....

postponing beta is another way to drive up the hype and garner interest when you know your product will go over like a zepplin.

And lurkerr no its not another name, but eveyr game company out there does the same thing so I expect no less from this group.
