Hmmm, yeah I'd like to see raids for Grummus, Manaetic Behemoth, Aerin`Dar, or the 3 trials in HoH after killing AD.

hehe thanx bro =P

Although I don't really lead pick ups, just help with them =)

Kind of a pain in the butt to lead them when it's hard to find a good Base of ppl on Euro time who want to get the flags as well.

As always, willing to join any/all flaging raids on my play time, 6pm-11pm GST(later on weekends, add 2hrs?)

Also anyone know when AD is due again? would like to smack em this weekend if we can, 5 times, no flag, really gettin pissed at this mob!

/Agree...I'd love to do AD again, especially after killing him the last raid and not being able to get back in in time.

If you have a decent amount of flagged people, Sol Ro mini's are fun without a full raid. Aye, would exclude a lot of unflagged people so not so good. But they're good fun with lower numbers and do drop some nice loot.

I think most raiding ideas have been covered. As I am nearing 60, would love to participate in any action that I would normally never get a chance to partake in.

Many listed though require some form of flag and or key to access, which until I change my situation, leaves people like me up a creek. So some content that anyone could participate in would be sweet.

Some of the higher end content for Luclin sounds cool, like Sszra Temple and Grieg's End. North ToV sounds like a hoot too. And of course, some larger targets in the upper planes would be interesting.

Char,

Last I heard, the Ring of Fire event in Acrylia was broken. Maybe they fixed it? P/U raids were really gaining strength and popularity until LDoN came out. Now its a challenge just finding an exp group. However, might consider some LDoN raids for P/U. The ones I've tried varied and seemed pretty hard unless you had prior experience with the raid and new the tactic for the specific one you were trying.

I sense there is still a large percentage of unguilded high level peeps who don't have the schedule, patience, and/or social standing to join high end raiding guilds so I'd personally like to see P/U raids gain momentum again. LDoN filled a temporary niche for a lot of players but they can get boring fast.

You might consider starting a "Union" for P/U raiders. Nothing as strict and binding as a guild, maybe little more than a web site and channel. Even high end guild peeps need backflags and a raid fix on down days. Some of my favorite memories were those whacky MB P/U raids that always ended in disaster but kept me laughing for days.

ST, RoVulak and any LDoN Raid. BB event in The Deep is nice, doesnt take a lot and isnt a long time in doing. I'd be up for anyone wanting to do Grieg,Ssra Named, Rumble,Doom, Dragon in SS ? pretty much anything that could be done with a couple of groups. I miss those mobs and I have twinks dammit.... uhh

Anyway those mobs are all fun and you have your PoP PU going. I personally still need Carpin,Bert,RZ, MM.... I think thats it to get to Elementals.

Right no wpersonally, I am looking to raid mainly PoP to get into the elemental planes and finish off flagging. So then: PoS (only need one more medalion to finish of the quest), Agnarr, HoH trials, Mothaniel Marr, Saryrn, Bertox, Vallo and Tallon Zek
*sigh* so much left to do :*(
Other than that I would likely go on some other raids but my main goal right now is flagging.

Right now Im working my ass off to get my warrior past 60 so I can actually get him on some raids. But... At the moment I dont get much time to log on so it might be a few weeks.

However, in response to the topic the raids Im most interested in are Velious (ToV, Dragon in Skyshrine, ST), PoP (AD, Grummus, Behemoth, Hedge Quest, etc)

As much as I dont want to go to old school pick up raid type things Im also looking for raids to Sky, Hate, and Chardok since I am actually going to try to get his epic (Go go pretty glowing swords!)

Either way there's a lot of stuff I have done that I'd love to do again, and a few things I havent done that I'd like to do... Im guessing I 'should' actually try to get some of the key quests done too so I can actually participate in some Luclin content too :P

There is an event in AC, Khati Sha the Twisted..

I have attempted this once. It was a great learning experience and we had a blast. Unfortunately due to LDON and other events we never went back to attempt it again.

Classes: Any
Recommended Level: 60
Quest Rating: Good

Starting NPC: Spiritist Kama Resan
Starting Zone: Acrylia Caverns

Related NPCs:
A Reanimated Prisoner
A Warder of Life
Khati Sha the Twisted

Reward(s):
Bone Ring of the Life Ward
Trinket of Life
Longbow of the Grimlings
Lifebane Wristguards
Deathguard's Pauldrons
Orb of Death
Silken Cords of Life
Twisted Chain Boots

Description:
This is a ring/trial type of event that is perhaps the most challenging event on Luclin. There is a thread on this event at The Safehouse.

It is initiated in the jail cells in Acrylia Caverns. This is the room where the Arch Sage spawns. You will need to split your raid in to two groups. One will be down in this area, and the other will be up top in the room with the Sacrificial Cauldron.

You must first clear both jail cells down below and the pot room up top before you begin this event. Then tell Spiritst Kama Resan that you are "ready to begin our spell" to initiate the event.

At that point 3 spell jammers will spawn in each jail cell down below. These mobs will prevent the Spiritist from casting their spells, so must be taken out immediately. Skeletons will also be summoned at this point but ignore them(mesmerize) until the jammers are all down. After they are down finish off the skeletons.

There are three waves, with six jammers in each wave. After completing these three waves A Warder of Life will become targetable in the center of the two jail cells. He will immediately attempt to kill the Spiritists, you can not allow this to happen or you will fail the event(and the room will respawn completely, likely killing everybody). He is level 65. You will probably want to keep a tank in the middle of the cells to gain aggro on him as soon as he becomes targetable. If you do not do it immediately he will kill the Spiritists and you will fail. Kill him and he will drop some items and the Life Ward will be complete.

While this is happening the Death Ward will also begin upstairs in the Sacrificial Cauldron room. A Warder of Death will spawn. He is slowable and has an area effect DoT which will cause spells to cast slower as well as doing some damage over time. This is the boss of this the Death Ward. If he reaches the cauldron then you have failed.

There are also several sacrifices who will spawn right at the cauldron. You must aggro these immediately to avoid them reaching the cauldron. If they get to the cauldron the Warder of Death will be complletey healed. AE stun is a good idea here and tanks to off-tank them. These are not messable. While they are being off-tanked have the rest of this portion of the raid kill the Warder. After he is dead you can finish these off.

The death ward should be complete before the life ward is. You can then head downstairs and help those at the Life Ward.

After completing both the Life and the Death ward the floor in the Warlord's room will unlock. You can head to that room and click on the floor to open it. This is the Spirit Ward.

We don't have complete details on the spirit ward at this time, but here is what we do know.

You will need to choose which of the two Vah Shir to save. If you choose the one on the right he will kill the other and an Elite Grimling Guard will spawn and open the next door. You then will need to make your way across a large lava pool. After this a good number of Grimling Elites will spawn and attack you. If you manage to get past this point you will be greeted with Khati Sha the Twisted, the toughest mob on Luclin. He has his own loot table.

Hail,

MB pickup was done successfully Sunday.
Grummus pickups have been occurring regularly as far as I'm aware (at least I see the recruiting ads often enough).
Saryn pickup was successful last week (though Projection despawned- no flags given) as well.
Several HoH Trials have been done pickup recently as well with moderate success.

The pickup's are still happening, you just have to be on at the right times.

Take care,

More and more PU raids are becoming invite-only or simply being done by the same groups of people / small guilds over and over.

Whether this is a good or bad idea I've yet to decide.

I would like to attend any of 3 zeks in the near future Hope this will happen before I leave for deployment in January. Am really assuming the game will change a hell of a lot by the time I get back, So I really hope I get to attend one of these raids soon.
