Careful, just got an email today asking me to update info, almost fell for it except it asked for my PIN number, and well.. that tipped me off. Just a warning, be on the lookout

Hey have they fixed that bug where you get overcharged or something? I heard that rumor sometime ago and heard that people sued them for that.

If you get an email from any company asking you to give them password or credit card information, ignore it.

Companies will not do that (and if they do, they have no business being ina business.)

Paypal has a lot of suits against them right now. They must have the worst policies and customer service I have heard of, with the exception (of course) of Sony. There are tons of scams to get people's paypal info out there, including the one above, and they do very little to deal with all the fraud. They'll get their money no matter what it takes, and will collect from you even if they admit that the other party was in the wrong or the charges were fraudulent...anyhow, you can read a lot of the horror stories here:

http://www.paypalsucks.com

Friend of mine got screwed by them and now is out $500 or so, and they're trying to collect even more from her. I'm personally going to cancel my Paypal account after hearing what happened to her and others and am going to use one of the alternative sites recommended on the above site (moneybookers) if I ever need to do any paypal-like transfers.
