Default Whatever happened to...

Have you been wondering whatever happened that that person you used to be in the same guild with, or that guy you used to kill Hill Giants with? Maybe someone can answer that question here or maybe, if nobody knows, the person you're looking for will Google his character name, find this thread and get in touch with you! Supply first and last name when possible and the guild the person was in, if any.

Start your post with the character's name, that way it will show up on Google like this:

Default I'll start!

Dajo Muk. Someone once sent me an e-mail, claiming he was Dajo Muk but he never got in touch with me again after I replied. Might just have been someone impersonating him.

Default Ralar

This would have been a really long time ago, but anyone remember Ralar Recklessone back in the old guild Order of the Steel Roses I think?

Uini WhisperWind, Keepers of Erollisi Marr. It was our first lead GM and an absolutely delightful, friendly person. How I longed back to the EQ days every time I had to endure Blizzard's horrible customer service.

Chrisa/Treesea. She was my first EQ friend when I rolled Horm and flailed about in Everfrost through the first few levels. If I remember right Chrisa was a shaman and Treesea was a warrior (barbarians both, of course). I could probably blame her for the thousands of hours of my life now sunk into EQ and WoW as I probably would have quit after a few levels of EQ if not for her being so much help to me as a newbie Can't remember if she was guilded or not.

Lots of others that I wish I'd kept in better touch with. I hardly ever troll the Affy or CE boards (I think both still exist) and obviously OFS and CoI are long dead, but I think about a lot of those guys and gals and wonder what they're up to- those that aren't still posting here at least. The guy who was Rara and Jakedamuss at various times was a lot of fun and helped push me into raiding (see, another person to blame!). I could go on and on- so many people from this stupid game

Not sure if peeps remember me, I bounced around mostly with Vanguard of the Iron Crown and Ring of Destiny in the early days. Also briefly part of Children of Darkness. Unfortunately I solo'd a lot in EQ and never raided, though I do have some very fond memories of groups. *sigh* Grouping for 36 hours strait camping Magus for that stupid robe.

/grabs a beer from the Sol A bar, and pours one out for Bruuce wondering what happened to him

-Myself, Hawkfist, and Sueno are playing WoW on Steamwheedle Cartel - were part of Argent Exodus. I'm still part of that guild, just look for the gnome trashcan named "Gnifty"
- Mortimor plays WoW on another server
- Wasn't Uini also Lauralan and married to Martigan, ugh my memory is so bad.
- Recently contacted Annzabeth, and Silverron is on WoW

Yenom (I still remember first time I raided with Yenom, I was so freakin nervous..... of course, he was ended up being an amazingly (patient and) nice guy... (for a high elf)
(JK about the high elf part!!)

Sharmilla

Cattie

Sinaelven (talked me into ditching my monk for a DE ench, we RP'd evil dark elf brother and sister for a few levels, if not for him I would have probably gotten frustrated and quit, due to never getting past those repeated Kith Forest deaths due to being blind as a... human...)

My long lost enhanter family......they taught Rae everything she knew, like how to stealth kill clerics and make awesome trains by letting your pet get stuck in a tree... important stuff, the stuff little enchie dreams are made of!

I could spend an entire page listing names, but.... I still need something to do next week, so I'll stop for now.

Haldor Phizzlespell from GreyLords. My first day playing I grouped with his lowbie monk named Hallix. Well, after getting to level 5, he gets me a guildinvite. GreyLords was a good group of people, and were a major help to me getting used to the game.

I ran into Strongwolf a few months ago for the first time in... YEARS. He was our raid leader in GL's.

Ashramm and Lady Rayge!\

Boddkin, for being the ass who lent his computer to me while he slept so that I could play this timesink. :P

Theodwyn Riddermark for holding my gear when I deleted Milander 1.0 off Boddkin's account when I got my own

Oh, the memories! I remember wanting SO BAD to join Affliction...I never did. Helping form Caelestis Ignis was the beginning of the best raid experiences in my EQ history.

HelloS,

was also wondering what happened to some Peeps that were playing for long time on EM. I am still in touch with several of them but too many just disappeared.

-Azrithic, Paladin in the Guild "The eternal Conclave" he was from the USA i think
-Arianne, Paladin in the Guild Midnight Sojourn, she was with Croatia Europe.
-Rumla, Shaman and just an awesome Guy. I know he was from Czech Republic and later played on some Euro Server.

Cheers
Landario

Velkyn -- We used to chat for hours while he helped me camp crap in L Guk (on my druid Kildara, I think). I got so used to having the necro levitate buff that it felt weird when I wasn't bouncing.

Gremer -- I miss that old man!

Silac -- He actually lives (lived?) pretty close to me and I could use some hvac work , but we lost touch years ago.

Treesea still plays but as a cleric the name escapes me. Last I remember she was in Reviction.

HOF is still alive (sort of), a few of the old NZ members have started up EQ again and playing casually. Me, Odalian, Falllaar and a few others. We might have been a little after your time in HOF Martigan? But I remember Woody, Uudy, Magimookoo, Xiaoshan and all the rest well

Theo's playing EQ2. I'm pretty sure Egat's in his guild.
